The Horseshoe Crab
Have you ever gone to the beach and seen a large dome shaped shell washed up on the shore? That is actually a horse shoe crabs molted shell. The same way humans grow out of their clothes horseshoe crabs grow out of their shell.

The bottom legs are called their
"pushing legs."
The legs at the top are used for eating and the center is its mouth.

A horse shoe crab's tail plays an essential role for them.
They need their tail to be able to flip themselves over to eat.
